About RGG Sheet Metal
RGG Sheet Metal was founded by Suzette Lipscomb when she identified a need for a professional, reliable crew of Sheet Metal Professionals, as an owner of properties herself, who often had trouble finding responsible workers. Once she assembled a great crew, she decided to employ them.
Suzette gives generously to her community, both in time and financially. She created a “One for One” program, inspired by Blake Mycoskie, where she donates a micro loan for every loan funded at her sister company, Loans by Suzette.
Suzette Lipscomb
ChIEf Gutter Guru
Suzette has real estate and construction in her blood. She is a third generation contractor, and has spent her entire career, post-graduation from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, in real estate finance and consulting. A mortgage finance expert, Lipscomb began her career in sales working for California Federal in the early 80s and continued to hone her business skills in executive management running sales, operations and secondary marketing for large successful mortgage firms. Later, she opened her own firm in 2000, and after learning the ropes from her contractor father, whose firm built many landmark properties in Los Angeles, flipped many properties of her own. More than any cologne, the smell of sawdust reminds Lipscomb of fond memories spent running around the spec homes her dad built in the 70s.
Not one to shy away from a challenge, she maintains a General Contractor’s License, a Real Estate Broker’s License and NMLS Licensing. In addition, Lipscomb is a consultant, an award winning writer, photographer, serial entrepreneur and lover of all things Italian, who also represents a well-known, gifted Florentine artist, Franco Degl’Innocenti, here in the US.
William “Willy” Wolf

William “Willy” Wolf is a sheet metal expert with an awesome work ethic and fantastic sense of humor. He grew up around rain gutters, working in the family business where his dad taught him early the value of showing up on time – he fired him for being late once as a teen! He took his experience elsewhere and learned the business from cleaning to fabrication. With 30+ years of experience in rain gutters, sheet metal and management, Willy epitomizes a Gutter Guru. He is an expert in the fabrication of gutters in all materials; including standard aluminum, bonderized steel, custom copper, and all types of box, round and specialized products. He has a vast knowledge of how to extend the life of old systems when desired, install rain retention devices, and is extremely punctual and trustworthy. RGG values his service and contribution to the team.
